Neurolinguistics is one of the broadest and most interdisciplinary sciences, it is a science that explores how the brain understands and produces language and communication, of all types and formats.

Neurolinguistics allows you to know and organize the functions of the brain and all types of language. Apart from that, it also analyzes how the brain uses its energy while processing activities related to language, whether spoken, written or signed.

Applications of neurolinguistics are numerous such as the role of language in people's cognitive development, it can be applied in the areas of deafness, bilingualism and multilingualism, in organization of language in the brain, especially in the elderly and children, or in instrument for differential diagnosis of dementia (Alzheimer's and non-Alzheimer's).
